What's a Box?
It's a limited-edition collection of products packaged together – in a box. Each box is built around a specific theme, and includes editorial content to deep-dive into each item. Our goal is to introduce you to up-and-coming brands (and old favorites), and new experiences.
How often do you release new boxes?
On the first of each month, we'll launch multiple new boxes. They'll be a combination of completely new boxes, and old favorites that we bring back.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can opt out (skip a box)?
Do boxes always cost the same amount?
Yep. For Club Members, boxes are always – no matter the contents.
When am I charged?
We charge you a few days before your box ships. Note that you only ever pay for boxes you receive – there's absolutely no membership fee.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it right away.
I forgot to opt out of a box. What do I do?
No worries. Shoot us an email and we'll try and hold back the box before it ships. If we can't hold it back, we'll send you a free return label and you can send it back to us once it arrives.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states. We have to charge a little extra for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: it's an extra $10 to those regions.
I love most of the items in my box, but there's one I don't want – can I return just that?
Unfortunately not. Our boxes come as one package, which is how we're able to offer such a great value, so we can't break out the components of a box. But hey – now you've got a great item to re-gift next time you forget a birthday.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns for boxes within 30 days of an order. If you're ready to return something, just visit your Account History to process a return. If you have any questions, you can always email or call us.
What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?
Send an email to email@example.com and we'll take care of you right away.
