When your sweet tooth starts aching for a little something special, reach for this trio of chocolates by master chocolatier Sarah Hart of Alma. She's been making cacao-driven treats since 2006 out of Portland, Oregon, gaining tons of acclaim along the way, and we've compiled three of our favorites into one delicious pack.
To start, you've got the Peanut Butter Crunch bar. Perfecting the classic combo, it's filled with a peanut butter milk chocolate ganache, and coated in a rich, dark chocolate shell that's 74% cacao. For a bit of a twist on that, you've got the Thai Peanut option, which is filled with an organic peanut butter ganache infused with coconut, line, ginger, and chili, just like your favorite Southeast Asia dishes. Looking for something a little less exotic? The Sea Salt Hazelnut Crunch is made with a 70% cacao shell, filled with an organic hazelnut praline that's been roasted and ground in small batches, and topped with candied whole hazelnuts and Jacobsen Salt Co. sea salt. Good luck not eating all three in one sitting.
