Amargo Chuncho Bitters

The original Peruvian bitters.

Amargo Chuncho bitters are named after the group of Amazon Indians who resisted the Spanish Conquistadors. They're the original Peruvian bitter, and they make for some serious cocktails, like a Pisco Sour — you may think you've had one before, but it isn't the real deal unless Amargo Chuncho is involved. Made with over 30 different peels, herbs, roots, bark, and flowers (all from Peru), the mix sits in oak barrels for six months before being bottled.
