Pop this on in between seasons, when fall’s chill is setting in but winter hasn’t quite arrived yet and the weather can’t quite decide what it wants to do. The 100% cotton knit will keep you warm on brisk mornings and crisp commutes home, but breathe easy in the midday when the sun’s out and the mercury has risen. It’s warm enough to keep the chill away, but won’t leave you overheated when the temperature swings upwards. And it’s light enough to stuff in your pocket any day you need some extra warmth.
This thing is 100% US made, too: the cotton is grown in the South, then spun and dyed in the Carolinas, and finally knit, cut, and sewn in Reading, PA. The knitting mill has been in business since the 1800’s, and use vintage machines with a distinctive tonal striping pattern that’s completely unique.
