Creamy Pralines

Creole pralines are a candy with a long history.

Sweet, creamy, nutty, and loved all across Louisiana. Originally brought over from France, these easily adapted to the available ingredients in their new home of NOLA, namely pecans, and the people of the city made this recipe their own. With each bite, you're snacking on a bit of history. Created with Louisiana pecans, these can be eaten as a sweet treat alongside a warm cup of coffee as an after-dinner treat or as a little pick-me-up anytime.
