Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire Sauce is a handcrafted, small-batch sauce that uses some of Kentucky's finest ingredients in its production. It's sweetened with local sorghum, mixed with limestone-filtered spring water, and then aged in barrels that had former lives as vessels for fine bourbon. The Worcestershire soaks up some of the barrels' smoky flavor, creating a totally unique blend for each batch. And the vegetarian condiment is made without the use of anchovies.
