It's good when other people can see you on your bike, but it's even better when you can see them. A parked car's not going to notice your reflectors. That one's up to you.
The Bookman Light is designed with an LED that can be used on three different settings: slow flashing, fast flashing, and steady light. The pack includes a white light for the front and a red light for the back, both of which easily attach to your handlebars, bike stem, or frame with the attached elastic band. The small size makes each light easy to pocket whenever you lock up your ride, and the surprisingly bright light will guide you on your way wherever you choose to go.
