Formed at Leeds University in 2007, alt-J is one of the UK's quirkiest indie rock exports. After their 2012 debut album hit big across Europe and the US behind genre-warping single "Fitzpleasure", the band launched two more well-received records and a series of world tours. The band's trophy case includes a British Mercury Prize for their debut album and a Grammy nomination for sophomore effort This Is All Yours.
