Ayako Gordon founded Ayako & Family in the summer of 2010, partnering with organic farmer Katsui Taki to bring the rarest of European and Asiatic plum variates to the pantries of preserve lovers everywhere. The result is a tasty collection of jams and fruit-based spreads, blended with organic ingredients from around the world.
