In 2010, the founders of Bitters Lab leaned into their borderline unhealthy obsession with bitters, leading them to try their hand at making their own. The result of those experiments formed the foundation of the company's line of organic, locally sourced bitters, and made possible what is now a wide variety of distinct and memorable tastes.
