In March of 2020, at the onset of the pandemic, speakeasy-style restaurant Room 33 in Erie, PA was mandated takeout only. 90% of their sales were bar sales, and like many, they had to pivot and adapt. So they launched bottled, non-alcoholic versions of their cocktails—and the response was overwhelming.
