Coop's was started as simply as possible: just two guys who really, really loved Nashville-style hot chicken. After the annual Nashville Hot Chicken Festival (yes, there's a festival) got so crowded that Justin couldn't hit up any of his favorite spots, he and his co-founderJonathan resolved to make their own thoroughly authentic version at home. The rest is history.
