Element Shrub founder and his wife started their journey when they got involved with non-profit that foraged local, seasonal fruit. From their, they learned to harness the power of vinegar and shrubs, a preserving technique that dates back to colonial America. Today, the couple specialize in selling shrub bundles intended for preserving, ultimately for use in beverages, salad dressing, and any culinary creation that needs just the right amount of tang.
