Fat Toad Farm

Fat Toad Farm is a family operation, started by Steve Reid and Judith Irving and their daughter. They began in Central Vermont, milking one goat out of their garage. Eight years later, they have 60 goats, and were the first producers of artisanal Cajeta (traditional Mexican caramel sauce) in the US.
