Established in 2007, Fine & Raw was built in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in an artist loft by Daniel Sklaar. What started as making chocolate for his friends turned into a borderline addictive hunt for the best flavors and cacao to create the finest artisan chocolate bars, truffles, and spreads.
