In 2011, a friend of Fortified's founders was hit by a car while biking at night after a thief stole their bike light. Sadly, this is an all-too-common occurence. 1 in 3 city cyclists have had their lights stolen, and 80% often leave their light at home. Fortified was founded as a solution to that problem, providing lights that can be secured to the bike and won't die as easily. They've done all they can, creating a product that can easily better lives of cyclists everywhere. Now it's up to us to use it.
