Green Mountain Mustard saw itself more as a curiosity project than a change-the-condiment-world-forever project, but sometimes destiny has other things in mind. It didn't take long for the company to become famous for providing a flavor experience unlike any other. Offering tastes diverse as Deli Dirt (the blend of toppings on an everything bagel) and Clove Encounter (10 cloves of garlic in every jar), the team has come a long way from its humble 2007 passion project. With condiments like these, it's easy to forget you're supposed to put it on something, too.
