Greenpoint Trading Co. is an experiment in taste. Founders Kimmee Arndt and Evan Hoffman began blending last year, after discovering a mutual boredom of the spices available and a shared desire to improve them. The company's twelve flavors are preservative- and additive-free, and while each spice has a specific type of food it was designed for, mixing and matching is strongly encouraged. The only goal is good taste.
