La Fundidora

The team behind La Fundidora wanted to bring authentic and — more importantly — truly tasty salsas to the US. They figure that salsa is an indispensable part of the Mexican food traditions that they want to express. They work with local producers for the best ingredients, and donate a portion of sales to charities in both New York and Mexico.
