Le Nez du Vin
Jean Lenoir started Le Nez with science. He worked with oneologists beginning in 1977 to break down the tastes of wine, into the separate smells. By doing so, he brought wine conversation to the level of the after-work wine drinker and appreciator. There was no longer a need to have learned about your drink, but rather you could smell and speak eloquently about your experience in the moment.
