These guys have been churning out Louisiana mixes since they began in 1972 in Hahnville, LA with the "Cajun Care Package." They were the first producer of New Orleans food in mix form and they've continued to expand, keeping true to the flavors of the southern state they call home. Packaged by hand and holding themselves to the highest standard of flavor and creation, these guys are the real deal if you can't make it down to the Big Easy.
