James Middleton, a former firefighter and bartender (so yeah, he knows his way around a flame and a quality cocktail) first got the idea for Middleton Mixology's signature product when we was served a smoked old fashioned at a bar. The presentation was intense. (There was a leaf blower involved.) So, Middleton set out to create a much simpler way to present—and enjoy—a smoky cocktail. Enter the SmokeTop, his first—but not last—product at Middleton Mixology, a brand that he vows will only product products he himself would use. We'll toast to that.
