Lauren Danson, the founder of Mizuba, has always loved teas. During her college years she hosted tea nights in her apartment and took trips all over the world to try new leaves and blends. And finally she fell head-over-heels for the Uji region of Japan and Matcha green tea. In 2013, Mizuba was born. The company prides itself on reinvesting in Uji, using direct trade methods, and sourcing directly from a 100-year old family farm. They're proud to be non-gmo, radiation- and preservative-free, as well as a single origin product. Mix that up to taste and the rest is history.
