Potter's Crackers
Mother-son culinary team Peter and Nancy Potter found that the specialty cheese industry was exploding in their native Wisconsin in the mid 2000s�yet they couldn�t find a worthy cracker to accompany the esteemed new flavors. So, they decided to create one. Potter�s Crackers are all made by hand from Wisconsin-milled, gluten free whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter, with a commitment to conventional cooking expertise and handmade craftsmanship in mind.
