Jess Cheatham is a ceramicist and self-described freelance everythingist. Her company Salt Ceramics is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, where she creates everyday pieces that put a value on simplicity and functionality. Every piece is wheel-thrown, coated in food-safe glaze, and fired in an electric kiln to 2200 degrees.
