Sazerac Company

Thomas H. Handy made the well-known Sazerac cocktail even more famous by packaging up the recipe and selling it by the bottle. In addition, Handy also operated the Sazerac Bar in New Orleans and finally brought all of the different entities together to form the Sazerac Company. They've been a family-owned, independent business since their beginnings in 1869 through today, and they've kept their secret recipes in the family through it all.
