Sfoglini was founded by Steve Gonzalez and Scott Ketchum, a chef and foodie duo with years of experience in making amazing pasta. The company was created out of a desire to bring locally produced noodles to NYC and currently offers 16 varieties of organic pasta so, in two weeks, there's no need to eat the same noodle twice.
