Techné is the brainchild of Francis Jacquerye, a Belgian industrial designer and goldsmither. Techné comes from the ancient Greek for technique, and it is this dedication to craft that drives the collection. In the years since its 2009 release, the company has sold watches in 85 different stores around the world, in cities near Los Angeles, Lausanne, Brussels, and Seoul.
