Bees Knees Woodland Honey

It's a sweet combination of honey, pine needle, white sage, and pepper berry, making it the most unique honey you'll have on hand. Throw it on skillet potatoes, use it as a dip for fire-charred carrots, or just squirt it into your mouth. We won't tell anyone.

We partnered with Bushwick Kitchen on your new favorite cold weather drink - smoky Scotch meets the earthy flavors of Bees Knees Woodland Honey for a cocktail that's pure campfire and dark winter nights.

• 2 oz Scotch whisky
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tablespoon Bees Knees Woodland Honey
• 4 oz boiling water

Mix whisky, lemon, and honey in a mug. Add water and stir to combine.
