Honey tastes awesome on pretty much everything, and somehow it's managed to get better. This particular variety is infused with Meyer lemon juice, giving it a tangy bite that makes it ideal on everything from ice-cream, to granola, to honey-baked ham. The honey is sourced from New York's Hudson Valley and then shipped downtown to Brooklyn for infusion and bottling.
