Corn Skewers
An easy way to make a knockout dish.
Regular corn on the cob is good, but Mexican elote is infinitely better. Spear a few cobs with these refined rosewood handles, then char 'em on the grill until they're blistered and tender. Top with cheese, garlic, chilis, and whatever else is on hand for a flavor-packed side dish.
