Sidama Guji Whole Bean Coffee

Subtly fruity beans that are processed with the utmost care.

Sidama Guji coffee beans are grown in the Guji Zone of the Cheri ward in the Hagermaryam Distrct of Ethiopia’s Sidama region. The coffee is picked and left inside the cherry while it dries on raised beds for around 18 days, depending on weather. When the coffee is ready, it is sent to be dry hulled before its final preparations on its long journey to the bottom of your cup. The result is a fruity blend, with hints of tamarind, starfruit, lemon, and blueberry.

  • 12 oz resealable bag
  • Beans sourced from Colombia
  • Tasting Notes: Tamarind, Starfruit, Lemon, Blueberry
  • Processing: Natural
