Fazenda Comboa is a farm in Brazil founded in 1942 but was forced to close its doors after a disease wiped out nearly 96% of its crop. Despite the setback, the original founding family has bounced back, regaining volume and improving on the quality of the bean. You reap the benefits through this single-origin bar, made with cacao from the Comboa farm and organic cane sugar. It's 75% pure and the winner of two awards in 2017, which is two more than the chocolate you're currently eating.
