Hojicha Loose Leaf Green Tea

Responsibly-sourced loose leaf tea.

Hojicha is a type of green tea that originated in Japan in the early 1900s. To create its unique toasty and caramelly flavor, the tea leaves are roasted. This process sets hojicha apart from other green teas that are typically steamed or pan-fried. Dona sourced the leaves from a tea estate in Assam, then roasted them at their HQ in Brooklyn for you to enjoy.
