Spanish Bitters
A little drop'll do ya.
Spanish bitters date all the way back to the mid-1800's, but have a flavor profile that's as modern and inviting as any other bitter. The citrus and floral base allows for strong primary flavors that compliment a wide variety of drinks and foods. Smell the wood spice and chamomile, then taste the honey, coriander, citrus and pomegranate. The layered blend gives off a long, bittersweet finish with a hint of violet, and works well with dry gin, tequila, mezcal, and pretty much everything else in your bar cart and pantry.
