This cutting board was designed by chefs for chefs. It's lightweight and easy to carry and hang thanks to a built-in utility hole. Use either side of the board for prep work and easily clean it in the dishwasher. The USA-made board can handle heats of up 350 degrees, making it great for cutting anything from fruits and veggies to freshly grilled steaks.

To clean your Epicurean cutting board, wash it with hot soapy water or simply run it through your dishwasher. It can warp if left in wet or damp conditions for long periods of time. To avoid warping, thoroughly dry your surface upright and on edge before storing.
