Trapper Throw – Rust/Mahogany
Faribault's iconic, moth-proofed, soil-repellent, outdoor-approved, and US-made blankets are the kind of thing you have forever. Each one is woven from top quality wool in their nearly 150-year-old mill that's settled on the banks of the Cannon River in Minnesota, where staying warm is no joke. And the unique construction gives the wool a super soft hand feel along with a diagonal pattern to brighten the intricate weave. It'll last for ages to keep you cozy throughout your adventures, and adds a beautifully rustic touch to any home whether you're in a tucked away cabin, a tiny studio apartment, or anywhere in between.
Faribault’s original multicolored version of this throw is based on an iconic design that was popular in the Canadian frontier back in the 1600’s. This is a more modern take on things, in a brick red woven from fluff-loomed, washer/dryer-friendly fine merino wool that's light but warm. It also uses a distinctive raw-cut edge, with the natural felting of the wool keeping all the fibers properly in place.
