A trio of small-batch hot sauces to replace pretty much any others you've got in your fridge.
The Kentucky Tang is inspired by the flavors of Cincinnati Chili—with some Kentucky flair mixed in. It's got a mild heat, adding to its versatility, and features a mix of jalapeño, cayenne, and paprika with some cinnamon, garlic, and cumin thrown in to add the 'tang.'
The Curry Jalapeño is more versatile than you expect—great on rice dishes, tacos, or even just some grilled chicken. Farmer Nate paired the curry with jalapeño, serrano, and cayenne, then threw in some garlic to round out this medium-spicy sauce.
The Smokehouse Habanero is an homage to all the hole-in-the-wall BBQ joints in the South. Habanero and cayenne provide some high-level heat, and a healthy helping of garlic adds some flavor and helps take the edge off—if only the tiniest bit.
