Roasted Jersey Ketchup

A roasted variant of some of the best ketchup around.

Quality is king with this stuff, which is why it only uses the best produce grown by farmers that First Field knows and trusts along with spices and add-ins that have been meticulously taste-tested. Fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes from the garden state have a richly sweet and savory flavor way beyond the off-season supermarket stuff, which shines through in every drop of this ketchup. Also used are freshly cut and lightly caramelized onions (as opposed to powdered substitutes), apple cider vinegar from a 100 year-old family-run company, a hint of organic cane sugar, and way less sodium than the big brands.

The roasted variant is made with the same fresh NJ tomatoes as their crowd-pleasing original, but adds roasted poblanos, red peppers, and garlic for a spicier and more robust flavor.
