Artisanal from start to finish. These anchovies are caught and hand packed by a third-generation, family-owned cannery on the Cantabrian coast (Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery), then salt-cured and covered in extra virgin olive oil sourced directly from farmers in Northern Spain. It's a process that's sustainable and ethical at each step, resulting in premium anchovies that are perfect for Caesar salads, meaty pasta sauces, and a good slice of pizza.

  • 2 1.73oz tins
  • Anchovies, organic extra virgin olive oil, salt
  • Keep in a cool, dry space. Refrigerate, if possible.
