These Fishwife Little Sardines are wild-caught in the winter months by small family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic when the fish quality and nutritional values are at optimal levels. After they’re caught, these tinned sardines are hand-packed using traditional methods with Spanish olive oil and infused with lemon zest, sea salt, and crushed garlic.
