Artisanal tinned fish from start to finish. Celebrating their third year of partnership, Fishwife and Fly By Jing created a limited-run, gold-label smoked salmon with sweet and spicy Zhong sauce. Smoked in small batches over beech, maple, and birch wood, it’s hand-packed and canned by a fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.

Each piece of smoked salmon is expertly raised by third-generation family farmers in the icy Arctic circle with deep ocean currents that keep the water fresh. It's a pantry staple that's enjoyed with rice, as smoked salmon dip with chips, or in a tasty melt.
