Mixed Handle Handcrafted Paring Knife

A cut above.

This stainless steel paring knife is hand-made in Tel Aviv, and weighted specifically for the intimate craft of cooking. The unique handle is designed from a series of discs made of Micarta, mixed wood, brass, stainless steel, and leather. These discs are stacked in a colorful pattern, and hand-sanded for a comfortable grip, then fastened together with Epoxy resin and pressed between a brass cast bolster and pommel. The result: an eye-catching sight to behold, be it in use or resting in your knife block.

As for the blade itself, it features a 50/50 flat ground, European-style geometry — a bit wider than most knives, giving you a lot of knuckle space to work with. It's also perfectly balanced with the handle, and will give you the right just amount of counterweight for your knife skills. In total, this is a singular blade that is as unique as your cooking style.
