The salmon are caught by Kvarøy Arctic (the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal, and BAP, ASC, and Global GAP certification), then smoked over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood by a fifth-generation family-run cannery in Washington. Finally, the salmon's topped with the Sichuan chili crisp for a spicy kick. It's a process that's sustainable and ethical at each step, resulting in premium salmon that's great on a bagel or on its own.
