The brand uses Pasilla Oaxaca chili oil, a product from southern Mexico that's been grown by local farmers for generations.

It tastes amazing in the brand's Smoked Chilli Paste, one of its most popular products. The award-winning paste is made from a ground blend of Pasilla Oaxaca Chillies, caramelized onions, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of agave syrup. Some suggestions for using this sweat-inducing condiment? Blend with cream cheese, rub it into your favorite cut of meat, add it to your scrambled eggs…. basically, you can use it to glaze just about anything.
