American BBQ Rib Rub

We’re talking meat cleavers here, so obviously, we’re thinking about ribs.

This barbecue season, spice up your rack with this classic American dry rub.

  • Sea salt
  • Brown sugar
  • Paprika
  • Dried chilies
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • 3 oz

Use one teaspoon per pound of meat and rub evenly into ribs before cooking, then add a quick extra sprinkle after they’re done
