Mulling Spice
Have a drink and mull it over.
A mulled drink is prepared by heating cider or other wintry sips in a pot with mulled spiced, then straining it. It's a cold-weather drink, and you often have to wait for the bars to start serving them to get a good one. Greenpoint Trading Co. changes that, putting the power and spices in the palm of your hand. The company's mulling spice is a mixture you can use in your own recipes. To start, pack the spices in the provided bags, and gently crush them with a mallet or spare encyclopedia. Simmer the bags - but never boil - for 30 minutes. After that, taste and add spices at your discretion. It's up to you now.
