Sometimes ideas can strike at the weirdest of times. In the case of the founders of Sea Salt purveyor Halen Môn, their "A-HA" moment came after a few glasses of wine. The result is Halen Môn sea salt, a hand-harvested salt taken from the raw sea water in the tidal gulf that separates North Wales and the mainland. The body of water is perfect for salt harvesting thanks to mussel beds that naturally filter the water, creating ideal salinity levels.
