This knife was designed for perfect slicing, dicing, and mincing. The blade is deeply grooved in the granton style so food won't stick to the stainless steel. Heavy and perfectly weighted, the knife uses solid rivets to secure the wood inlay handle. Use it for large or small jobs, from simple prepwork to carving a whole bird before you serve it.
