Made by award-winning chef Thomas Keller, olive oil producer Armando Manni, and master chocolatier Chi Bui, this chocolate bar is created using a custom process that combines premium cacao with extra virgin olive oil. This results in an exceptional-tasting chocolate with a silky smooth texture, and all the cacao's natural antioxidants intact.The cacao beans for this particular incredibly velvety chocolate bar are sourced from fair-trade farms in Ecuador. Each one uses some of the nation's best plants to produce a low acidity bar that's both spicy and sweet, with earthy tones underneath. To call it candy would offend the connoisseur who crafted it.
